A calm and safe setting where you can settle, without rush. Clear agreements, professional guidance, and space for your process.
At SunGaya we work in small groups, in a quiet and simple space so your system can land without excessive stimulation.
Upon arrival, you choose your own place. We work with mattresses in the space. For your comfort, you bring your own blanket, pillow, and anything that helps you feel warm and safe while lying down. Consider bringing an eye mask, earplugs, and an extra sweater or socks if you cool down easily.
After the ceremony, there is time to land slowly. For ceremonies with an overnight stay, you sleep on location and we land together the next morning.

What you can expect from me:
You may always ask for help, even if you think you “should handle it alone.”
I help you return to your body when things feel intense.
I maintain safety and calm within the group.
I do not direct your experience. I support your capacity to carry it.
What you do not need to expect:
That I will analyze or interpret you.
That you will be pushed through anything.
That there must be a fixed outcome.
About 10 days after the ceremony, we meet online on Wednesday evening with the same group. This is a moment to land, share what is still unfolding, and feel what your next step is in daily life.
You don’t have to share if you don’t want to. Simply being present is enough. This is not analysis, but a held space.
The day ceremony offers space. No rushed beginning, no rushed return home. We work with analog ayahuasca (Peganum Harmala and Jurema). On average, a journey lasts 6–8 hours, but the unfolding is always personal.
The greater part of the ceremony is carried by live music, attuned to the group. The journey is individual, yet there is often a shared undercurrent among participants. That is not coincidence. That is the field.
Afterward, a light vegetarian meal is available and there is time to land slowly. Sometimes you feel hungry, sometimes you simply want silence. Both are welcome.
About the ending time and returning home
The exact ending time may differ per person. We do not let you leave simply because the clock says so.
Please arrange transportation in advance, so you do not have to worry about getting home safely. You leave only when you feel clear enough and when it is safe to do so.
During the evening ceremony, we travel with the energy of the night. The silence and darkness help many people go deeper inward. The greater part of the journey is carried by live music, attuned to the participants. The experience is individual, yet there is often a shared undercurrent within the group.
We conclude somewhere deep into the night. After that, there is space to land quietly. Light refreshments are available, and when you feel ready, you can go to your mattress to sleep. If you prefer, you may also take a shower to freshen up.
The advantage of this format is that you do not need to switch into “going home mode.” You can rest, integrate, and allow your system to settle.
The following morning, breakfast is served and there is space for reflection. Sharing with like-minded participants can bring additional clarity and helps many people better understand their own process.
Around 12:00, everyone can begin their journey home. This time is an indication.
During the weekend ceremony, we make two journeys within one weekend. We work with the energy of the evening and the night, as the silence and darkness help many people go deeper inward. The greater part of the journeys is carried by live music, attuned to the group.
After the first journey, there is space to land. Soup and light refreshments are available if you feel hungry. You then stay overnight in the same room. Sometimes the transition naturally moves into sleep, and sometimes you need more time to settle. Both are completely fine.
The following morning, breakfast is served and there is a sharing circle. After that, there is time to rest and recover. There are moments for quiet integration and, if you wish, you can take a walk in the nearby Schollebos.
In the afternoon, there is a shared meal and a deepening workshop. The workshop is not meant for analysis, but to look from a different perspective at what has been touched. After a period of rest, we enter the second ceremony. We close the night with the same care and attention as the first.
De derde ochtend is er ontbijt en opnieuw een deelronde. Rond 12:00 nemen we afscheid. Dit tijdstip is een indicatie.
De Special Intensive is een vierdaags traject met three ceremonies in three daysWe work with the energy of the evening and the night, as the silence and darkness help many people go deeper inward. Between the journeys, there is time to land, eat, rest, and integrate.
After each ceremony, there is space to return slowly. Soup and light refreshments are available if you feel hungry. You stay overnight in the same room. Sometimes the transition naturally moves into sleep, and sometimes you need more time to settle. Both are completely fine.
Each morning, breakfast is served and there is a sharing circle. Afterward, there is space for recovery and integration. If you wish, you can take a walk in the nearby Schollebos. In the afternoon, there is a shared meal and a deepening workshop or integration moment. Not to analyze, but to help anchor what has been touched, so you are not simply “continuing the journey” without grounding.
After rest and preparation, we begin the next ceremony evening. In this way, the trajectory builds layer by layer.
On day 4, we close with breakfast and a final sharing circle. Around 12:00 we say our goodbyes. This time is an indication.
During this ceremony, all attention is focused on you. You will not be distracted by the external dynamics of a group.
Sometimes it is very comforting to be fully with yourself in a safe and loving setting. There is plenty of time for both the preparation and the closing conversation afterward.
The general structure is otherwise the same as during a day ceremony.
This ceremony is intended for a self-composed group of 2 to 6 people. The advantage of a private group is that there is often already a foundation of trust. This can help you settle more quickly and meet each other on a new level. At the same time, it requires maturity: everyone remains responsible for their own process, even if you know each other well.
The ceremony is supported with guidance attuned to the group. There is space for silence, music, and support when things become intense. At the end, there is time to land slowly and have something light to eat. There is no need to rush. Your system is given time to return.
About the ending time and returning home
The ending time is an indication and may vary from person to person. Please arrange transportation in advance so you do not have to worry about getting home safely. You leave only when you feel clear enough and when it feels responsible to do so.
Fees and dates
Fees depend on group size and alignment. After the check-in, we determine together whether this format is suitable and schedule an appropriate date.
This session is intended as a shorter, process-oriented experience with a lower dosage, in an individual setting. It can be supportive when you are working with a specific theme and need a clear mirror, without immediately entering a full day or night ceremony.
The session lasts approximately three hours on average, with space for preparation and integration afterward. After the session, a light vegetarian meal is available and there is time to land slowly.
Who is this for
for those who want to work intentionally with a clear theme.
For those who already have experience with ayahuasca or plant medicine work (preferred).
For those who need privacy and one-on-one guidance.
Alignment and Safety
This format is scheduled by appointment only. After a check-in, we determine together whether it is appropriate for your situation, especially in cases involving medication, sensitivity, or mental strain.
We always work with a check-in and screening process, especially in cases of medication use or vulnerability. Never stop medication on your own.
After the check-in, you receive access to current ceremony dates and can reserve through your account.
Returning Participant?
Plan a re-alignment to review any changes in health, medication, or timing.
SunGaya is a place of stillness and strength where healing is allowed to deepen.
You are seen and supported as you integrate what you have experienced.
Here, everything is welcome, and you find the space to truly come home to yourself.
