Sometimes you don’t need a full program. You need one clear conversation that helps you regain perspective. This check-in is for when you feel something is off, you’re doubting, or you simply need someone to look sharply with you and bring you back to what feels true.
In 45 minutes, we’ll do three things:

We quickly bring clarity to what’s really going on right now.

We assess safety and capacity if you’re moving toward a ceremony (preparation, stress levels, medication, and boundaries).

We translate your insights into a concrete plan for the coming days, so you don’t get stuck in thinking and processing.
This is a good fit if:

you’re unsure whether this is the right moment.

you notice restlessness, anxiety, or overstimulation and want to navigate it well.

you feel a lot after a ceremony but don’t quite know what to do with it.

you don’t want to start another big process, but you do want to look honestly.
Not a good fit if:

you only want reassurance without being willing to take action and be honest.
After the call, you’ll know where you stand, what your next step is, and what you’re better off not doing right now.
