WHAT INTEGRATION IS

Integration is the moment you stop trying to understand and start living.

After a deep ceremony or transformative experience, something has opened. Perhaps calm and clarity. Perhaps the opposite — sensitivity, emotion, or old patterns that suddenly pull harder. Sometimes insights fade faster than you expected. Sometimes you don't know what to do with them.

But daily life doesn't wait. The next day there's an inbox again, your family, your body, your habits. And that's precisely where you notice whether an insight was only beautiful in the moment, or whether it's allowed to become something real in your life.

That's not strange. It's the place where guidance makes the difference between an experience and real change.

Integration isn't an extra. It's the core.

I've offered ceremonies for years and seen what happens when the emphasis lies only on the experience. People come back with something precious, and three weeks later it's gone. Not because the experience wasn't real, but because there was no bridge.

SunGaya is built on that conviction: the experience opens something, but integration determines whether it actually changes. Not as theory, but as daily practice.

Here you are not left on your own once the ceremony is over. Integration at SunGaya begins where most guidance ends.

What comes with your ceremony

Your first landing after the ceremony

After your ceremony you receive tips and support by email for about four weeks to guide your integration process. In addition, about ten days after your ceremony there is an online integration circle with the same group. This moment is a calm landing. You do not have to share well. You do not have to explain anything. Being present is enough.

Often this is exactly the place where you notice: I'm not alone, and I don't have to carry this alone.

Both are included as standard with your ceremony. If you feel afterwards that more is needed, the integration paths are ready as a next step.

You learn to feel what is there, work with your thoughts and recognise patterns, so that you enter the ceremony with more confidence.

Do I have to follow a program after a ceremony?

No. But if you feel lost, you keep slipping back, or you get overstimulated, support is often the difference between an experience and real change.

Which path suits me?
